They are seeking to appoint a motivated National Sales Manager to their team to oversee sales achievements & success across Australia and New Zealand.
We are seeking a candidate who possesses strong automotive industry foundations and knowledge, who can develop relationships with key distributors to further increase our clients footprint in the market.
Working across automotive passenger, commercial vehicle and equipment applications, the successful candidate will have the vision and versatility to see opportunities to increase sales via the distribution network, and hold the relevant skills to assess market opportunities, hold negotiations and ensure ongoing relationship management.
Ideally you will have a strong technical knowledge of performance/engine applications and be a structured and organised individual with the ability to work with the local GM and the senior international management team.
With a marketing edge to your skill set, you will support the marketing team across strategic marketing plans and profiling, trade shows and local sponsorship.
As a smaller operation in Australia, you will have a hands on spirited approach, management of one direct report, and influence across the team and ideally have the capability to develop further within the business.
A base salary, super and achievable bonus will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on relevant expertise. There is a requirement to travel regularly to attend automotive and related trade shows.
