Our client is a long established dealer network in Brisbane in the agriculture and construction equipment sectors. Employing close to 100 staff in Queensland they are a family owned success story and are continuing to grow.
A newly created role is available at their head office, south of Brisbane. This role will see the successful candidate leading the sales administration team, with a focus on implementation of processes and efficiencies, and mentoring your team located in 5 different branches.
Key Accountabilities:
- Mentoring and leadership of your team
- Creating and Implementation of processes to support sales activities
- Focus on continuous improvements via automated systems and solutions
- Ensure a seamless process in relation to equipment sales/deal packs
- Work to ensure your team are effectively trained and supported in their roles
Experience:
- Solid administration or stock control experience in a dealership environment
- Sound leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and develop your team
- High levels of attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy with a focus on utilising IT programs to benefit the sales administration process
