Our client is a long established family owned business based out of the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. Selling a range of automotive mechanical/electrical parts to the mechanical and repair sectors, they are seeking a branch manager to join their team.
This role provides leadership and vision to the branch operational/warehouse teams and works closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth running of the Branch. The role is accountable for managing and implementing agreed operational plans and assists in the profitable operation and long-term growth and viability of the Branch.
With a focus on OH & S, process improvement and warehouse & inventory, we are seeking a candidate who has demonstrated experience in managing an automotive parts business with an understanding of warehouse operations.
Working Monday to Friday you will have sound leadership skills along with high levels of organisational and time management skills. You will be team orientated and a hands on leader with solid computer literacy.
Along with a fully maintained company vehicle, a solid (negotiable) base salary and super, you will also receive a performance based bonus. All details in relation to the organisations, etc will be provided to candidates AFTER application, if you have a suitable background.
