Our client is a leader in the RV industry. Providing sales, service and parts to their customer, they have a strong brand, engaged leadership and a supportive culture. They are looking to appoint an experienced Service Manager to oversee their service operations team in this newly created role!!
We are on the hunt for a candidate with demonstrated experience and achievements in the auto or related service sectors, who loves leading their team to success. With proven abilities to oversee service operations and ensure the service department is running at optimum capacity, you will have the capability to build & implement process improvements and change, whilst bringing your team on the journey.
With your excellent leadership qualities and passion for customer service, this is your opportunity to make this role your own, and develop further with the business.
Working Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4pm, a solid salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate, based on experience and achievements.
