We are searching for an experienced Service/Operations Manager to lead their Perth operations. This pivotal leadership role oversees service teams/operations/warehousing, ensuring delivery of the agreed goals and business profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the team to achieve productivity and service
- Oversee daily field and internal service operational processes and aim to improve efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Act as the key liaison for customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to engage teams
- Proven experience managing service teams (mechanics/technicians)
- Ability to work with your team to prioritise workloads, and adapt to changing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and capability to build strong customer relationships
- Strong technical/service ops background (ex mechanic or equivalent highly regarded)
