With a long history in the supply of mechanical parts to the auto/truck sector, my client is a leader in their field.
They are currently seeking to appoint an experienced branch/operations Manager to join their team. Ideally you will have experience in the parts sector, however, strong branch management experience from another industry will be considered.
Working Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm and occasional Saturdays if required 8am – 12 noon (paid overtime for weekend work) in the Moree area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership of a small, dedicated team
- OH&S, Inventory/Stock Management
- P & L and reporting
- Assisting your team in daily operations
- Developing great relationships with your customer base
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated people/team leadership
- Experience in managing branch operations
- Sound computer literacy and reporting experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Solid auto/truck parts knowledge (advantageous)
Along with a fully maintained company vehicle, a solid salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on experience, along with an achievable quarterly performance based bonus.
