Our client is a leader in the supply of a range of parts to the automotive industry. Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking a candidate to join their small, but dynamic team.
Working with your distributors, (parts re-sellers) your role will be to provide high levels of customer service to your customers. You will be accountable for order processing (via SAP) predominantly from emails, raising credits, providing customers pricing and stock availability, backorders and overall administration of the customer portal.
You will receive plenty of training, however, we are seeking a candidate who has sound computer literacy (Excel), solid customer service skills & experience, the ability to multi task & prioritise with sound written and verbal communication skills.
If you have a genuine passion for providing solutions to customers, are a team player and keen to forge a career in the dynamic automotive industry, this role could be for you. This position may also suit an auto parts interpreter who is looking for develop their career.
