Due to business growth, our client – a leader in the automotive panel repair sector – is looking to appoint an experienced operations/relationship manager to work with their Franchise Network to achieve successful business outcomes.
Reporting to the GM, this role will work strategically with Franchise owners to support and drive business objectives across operations, financial and customer service. You will develop best practice procedures and conduct business reviews to improve store performance. Looking at workflow and repair efficiencies, you will have a sound understanding of the collision repair and insurance sector, and identify areas of improvement.
Working with a great team, you will partner with the franchises to ensure compliance and brand standards are adhered to and proactively support your branch network.
We are seeking a candidate with a demonstrated understanding of the panel/collision repair sector, who is a strong communicator with a strategic approach to problem solving and working to help the store network. You will be driven to achieve and results orientated.
A solid base salary, car allowance, private health insurance and a performance based bonus will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on experience.
